Please request a quote to know the shipping costs for your selected items. You can mail us to hola@elcontempo.com or call +34 622 191 255 to know more about the items you like. Shipping costs depend on the size of the item and quantity of the order. For items that we have in stock in Ibiza or Barcelona, free shipping can be arranged within the EU.

Please provide your full address and postcode for a quote.

Orders to the Balearic Islands are carried out by our local shipping partners.

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, debit or credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Payconiq, Bizum

Returns can be issued if the product is returned to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must also include the original package, labels and original design certificates.

All items can only be returned when no signs of use can be detected. Some design items are handmade, small imperfections or variation in shape, size and colour or material finish should not be seen as faulty.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for returns.

Bespoke or custom-made items are not returnable unless agreed otherwise.

For orders placed outside Europe, shipping costs, customs duties, and sale taxes are non-refundable through us..

We reserve the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. We appreciate your understanding.

Due to the fact that most items are custom made, longer lead times may occur. Contact us to know more about the production lead time for the items you like.

Hard copy catalogs and material samples can be provided to help choosing the right finish and size.

All prices on our website are official retail prices and include 21% VAT.
